Yoga is about opening up blocked channels in our mind, body and heart. As you free them you feel more liberated and harmonious.



We have the panchamahabhutas or the five basic elements (namely earth (pritvi), water (jala), fire (tejas), wind (vayu) and space (akasha).) within us. The art of yoga practice coupled with spirituality helps us balance these five elements through which we can create harmony and inner peace.

  • You can only achieve this with continuous sadhana.
  • Brahmamuhurta time is more effective in achieving this.
  • The word sadhana means daily spiritual practice.
  • Brahmamuhurta begins 1 hour 36 minutes before sunrise.
  • Brahmamuhurta lasts for 48 minutes and ends 48 minutes before sunrise.

Our Instructor

Our Instructor - Dr.Vijaya Nimma is a pediatrician by profession and a yoga instructor by passion. Dr.Nimma's teaching techniques are well tuned and cater to all age groups. She keeps improvising her postures and asanas every week and this makes it very refreshing and interesting.
